A United Kingdom visa is generally not sufficient for long-term study in Ireland. Ireland applies its own visa and student permission requirements. Although certain short-visit arrangements may exist, they do not replace long-term student permission. Check the entry rules for each part of your itinerary separately, including Northern Ireland.
