Can I visit other Schengen countries with an Estonian tourist visa?

A visa valid for the entire Schengen area generally allows visits to other member countries within its dates, entry conditions and stay limits. Estonia must still have been the appropriate main destination for the application. A visa with limited territorial validity only covers the territories indicated.
