Eligible third-party support can fund a visit for someone without a regular salary. The relationship with the supporter must be genuine, and the arrangement should explain support that can and will be provided. Identify the expenses covered: offering accommodation does not necessarily mean paying for flights, meals and transport. The supporter's resources should be considered alongside their own commitments. The applicant must still describe their circumstances accurately, whether studying, not currently working or receiving another form of support. Sponsorship does not remove the need to establish the visit's purpose and intention to leave. Check current GOV.UK third-party support requirements.
