Is an e-Arrival Card required if you have K-ETA?

Holders of an approved, valid K-ETA may qualify for an arrival-card exemption, subject to the current official rules. Exemption from applying for K-ETA does not by itself mean exemption from an arrival card. Check e-Arrival Card obligations separately according to the traveler's status. Customs or health declarations may also remain separate requirements.
