Is the visa-on-arrival program for Greek islands still active?

The visa-on-arrival for Greek islands is a seasonal program, typically available during the summer for specific islands (e.g., Rhodes, Kos, Lesbos). Whether this program will continue each year and its specific conditions are announced by the Greek authorities. It differs from a Schengen visa and is only valid for entry to those specific islands. You must confirm the current status from official sources before your travel.
