Can Turkish citizens apply for a Canada eTA?

For travellers using an ordinary Turkish passport, an eTA is not a general alternative to a visitor visa. Holding a US visa does not by itself make that passport eligible for an eTA. A person who also holds citizenship and an eligible passport from an eTA country may have different requirements. Check the official eligibility tool using the passport intended for travel.
